How It Works

From choosing your home to holding the title.

Step 1

We acquire the home you choose.

You find the house you want; Upstream purchases it on your behalf. We pre-set your final purchase price on Day 1 and you move in right away.

Step 2

You rent and build savings credit each month.

You have fixed monthly payments for the duration of the term. You know exactly what you’ll pay each month. Payments are split into rent and a savings credit towards your future down payment. Our coaching program keeps you on track.

Step 3

You buy the home at the locked-in price when you qualify.

After our 2-3 year program, you buy the home at the price we locked in on Day 1. The savings credit you’ve built up become your down payment. The title transfers to your name and you’ve graduated from our program.
